Hello and welcome back to my blog. I wrote about the book GIRL, WASH YOUR FACE written by Rachel Hollis, today we want to talk about another book by this author. The name of this book is GIRL, STOP APOLOGIZING.

The objects of this book are self-actualization in women, self-esteem in women, happiness, and success also shows some common excuses among women.  In some chapters, the author discusses helpful behaviors to improve self-confidence.

I really enjoy reading this book because I understand that it is normal to be judged by other people but you have to keep trying to achieve your goals. That is normal to be scared of what you have not experienced before but you have to keep going.
