  We are sometimes in a bad mood even we can not get up from bed and have the morning coffee in the kitchen. You prefer to stay in bed and think about negative thoughts or you are so tired and feeling depressed. That is normal we all have bad moods sometimes but be sure instead of attention to this kind of vibe you move and make your bed, have your coffee, read a book, learn a new skill and keep going stronger!
